Lake Trip!(and other random stuff)

Hello loves! Well I took a trip to the lake on Saturday and it was sooo much fun. My sister Steph and I went with Heather and her mom to Lake Eufala which is located on the Georgia/Alabama line but its actually more in Alabama. Heathers aunt and uncle and cousins have a lake house there so we were going to meet them there. we left a little after lunch and got there about 2. Anyway we went out on the boat and went to one of the litte island/ beach areas. there were a LOT of people. Everyone seemed to have the same ide we had to go to the lake! lol. We floated around on floats for awhile then played different games.. while listening to music..we attempted to dance in the water...lol. yeah it was a lot of fun. on our way back this couple rode with us and uhh they were a little weird. like the woman took a dip in the water and when she got back up.. her top was umm falling..yeah. her husband or boyfriend noticed it and told her adn the rest of us sat there trying not laugh..lol. anyway on the way back we also tubed some and then got back to the lake house and changed back into our cltohes and then headed home. It was a quick trip but omg was it ever relazing! Sunday I went to church and my pastor wasn't there so we had a fill in from another churhc. My pastor had surgery on Saturday and thats why he wasn't there. Yesterday we found out that he wasn't doing good and then today we heard he was doing a little better and tonight we found out that had to take him back into surgery.. which doesn' tsound good to me.. i just hope and pray everythings going to be ok. he lost his wife about a year ago and it was really hard on him and his family..

Yesterday i didn't really do much but go to the grocery store and I went by alltel to get my phone switched out. The camera on my old phone wasn't working and it did this werid blinking thing.. it didn't have water damage or anything like that apparently it was just a defect in the phone so I got a new phone in the mail and it was the exact same phone..but it works a LOT better. I'll have to wait till probably my birthday or christmas to get another phone..like maybe a raizer? lol.

My brother and his ex got back together so shes been staying with us again..but anyway i won't go into that right now but they went to a friends house to swim and when they came back my brother was drunk.. he was snapping at everyone and then he got sort of violent like my parents tried to talk to him and he was beating on his door.. it was crazy! my parents found out that he'd been drinking and they said he'd learn his lesson.. but finally he went on to sleep.. i didn't get much sleep last night because i was afraid he was going to get sick in the middle of the night and i can't deal with that.. he woke up around 5 and said he felt weird(which wasn't surprising) and he took a shower and then got ready and went to work. (he has to to work around 6) This afternoon he came home after he got of work and he seems fine. we took his gf Becca to work and then went over to one of his friends house.

I saw David Cook sing the national atnthem for the NBA game. I thought he sounded good but he looked really tired. the poor guy probably hasn't had a decent night of sleep in a long, long time. and he has the tour coming up in a couple of weeks and that will last till about september... I just hope he'll get a chance to rest.


So my beach trip is fastly approching. we're going to destin and i can't wait!! =) i'll be sure and post lots of pics.. not on this site..it'll be on myspace/facebook..

anyway i guess thats all i have to say for now.

Its summertime!!

Wow its been a LONG time since i've posted... yeah i apolgize for that! Anyway lets back up some. My last day of classes was on April 30..and i finished my last final on May 2. After my last final i went to celebrate with my friends. we ate at sonic and went to see Made of Honor--which by the way is a great movie!! =) My grades were pretty good.. I got an A, 3 B's and a C..so i didn't get HOPE back but i'll work hard next year so i can bopefully get it back. Anyway so the rest of May went by super fast. Despite being upset with the April 10 shocker elimination I continued to keep up with American Idol.. I voted like crazy for David Cook. My other favorite Carly went home two weeks after Michael went home so that was another bummer but Cook ended up winning so its all GREAT!!!!! =) I know i've been obsessed with the show this season but thats mainly because of my three favs..and not to mention this was a pretty great season minus the shocker eliminations and ok some of the themes were lame.. but i really enjoyed it and i actually kinda miss it! I really wish i could go on the tour but i really don't see that happening.. but one can only dream! haha. So fast forward to June..its been awesome so far. I've just been hanging out with my wonderful friends, soaking up the sun rays..and just enjoying the sweet,sweet summertime! I'm going to the beach June 23-June 28. I'm going with Steph,Heather and Shiree..and some of Heathers family. we're going to Destin beach in Florida--which is one of the best beaches in the world!!! =) I can't wait i know its going to be a blast!! haha.

Updates~!!!

So i just realized that i haven't posted in a LONG,LONG time!! I'm sorry.. i guess i've been so busy i just forgot to get up with this~ lol. actually i'm thinking about going back to xanga..i kinda miss it! so whats going on this month? well i've had lots of school work of course... my favorite person from american idol left two weeks ago, i only have a week and one day left of classes then i have finals..and thats pretty much it.. i know how boring! lol. well i promise to be more interesting next time. lol.

kk well i better get off i need to get ready for tonight..dunno wat i'm doing yet though lol

I'm on spring break!

Well its offical--I'm on spring break!!! YAY! So my weeks been really good. I didn't have any tests though i did have to turn in a paper on wed and i stayed up late working on it but its all good.lol.

Hello loves!

Hello loves, sorry for the long delay..lol. Yeah its been crazy around here with school and all but after this week i'll be on lovely spring break! :) Anyway this past week went really well. A LOT better than the week before. The only bad part was my health test on monday..which i didn't do so great on and one of my friends came down with that horrible virus but shes better now. This past weekend we went out to eat then went by walmart and i got a cute gold purse. ok so i dont usually get my purses from walmart but this one was soooo cute! I just had to have it. lol. After we left walmart we came back to my house to watch movies. it was fun! Time changed sat night and it sucked.. it really messed up my sleep! lol. Sunday I went to church then came home and chilled. woo! Today i went to school and i thought i was going to be late to my first class but when i got there i found out that we weren't having class b/c our teacher is sick. I hate to hear that the teachers sick but i love not having class! who doesn't? haha. Then i went to badmiten class at 10.. it was actually fun! I didn't go last week so i missed the singles tournment and today they were finishing that up and the rest of us just played like we usually do. In my intro to marriage & family class we did a group activity..which was boring! lol. In health.. we listened to the teacher lecture.. in art appreciation we didn't really do much of anything except listen to the teacher.. ohh and we don't have our test on wed! thank God! I was so not ready for that test! lol.

I ordered the Sims 2 on amazon.com last wed and got it today!! i can't wait to play! haha!

Its been awhile..lol

Wow its been awhile since i've updated... thats not unusual for me though. lol. This past week has been a bad one. For one thing theres this nasty virus going around and another thing i've been stressed b/c of what all i have to do for school.. My sister was sick monday with that virus then my brother was sick with it on wednesday. Everytime someone gets sick like that I start feeling bad too..but now i'm feeling better. I hate viruses of any kind.. i can't stand to throw up or be around ppl who are throwing up.. i have a phobia of it i think. I dunno what i'll do when i have kids and they get sick..lol. anyway so far me and my parents have remained clear of that dreadful bug and hopefully we will stay clear of it.
This weekend i've got a research paper to write. it was suppose to be due yesterday but shes giving us an extra day to work on it..this is going to sound bad but i haven't really started on it.. i do have some of the research though. i've just got to find two more sources and then i can work on it. I had a journal for my field experience thats due sunday night at midnight but i finished it yesterday and turned it in.
So last night i stayed home and didn't do much of anything lol. Tonight i think we're going bowling. last weekend we went and it was soooo much fun! And i need to have some fun especially after this past week!

Mondays....yuck!

Hey! So Valentines day was nice. My parents always get me and my brother and sister something for valentines day and this year i got a pair of black flats and a box of reeses. yummy! haha. Me and steph invited Heather over and played badmitten.. shiree would have came but she went out to eat w/ Matt(her bf). As for this weekend.. it was very uneventful.. lol. Fridya night i just stayed home and did watever...lol. Saturday I ended up making a late night trip to walmart w/ Steph and Heather.. fun, fun. Maybe next weekend will do something thats fun!

Well today is presidents day and my school wasn't out... ughh! But i managed to make it through the day.. i had every class except art which i didn't go to but its all good. Last night we had bad weather.. we were even under a tornado warning but no worries it didn't touch down or anything. Today has been absolutly beautiful! =] Maybe tomorrow will be the same.

Happy Valentines day!(a day early!)

Hello! Hows everyone today? I'm doing fine. Just a little tired! lol. I started my field experience yesterday.. it went really well! the teacher is super nice.. more on that later! I got my hair cut--yeah i know i just got it cut two weeks ago but that wasn't much at all but i wanted to get the front evened out since I messed it up trying to even it out myself... yeah never should have done that! anyway it looks good. it comes just above my shoulders. its shorter than i'm use to but i'll deal! haha. well tomorrows Valentines day.. and i have no valentine but its all good! anyway hope everyone has a wonderful valentines w/ or w/out a valentine.

I started my field experience on tuesday. I do it for an hour a week for 10 weeks. its not bad at all.

I had an art test monday and i made an 80 on it!! yay i did SO much better on this one then i did on the first one.

bday celebration!

Dang i havn't updated at all this month! haha. Well i'm sorry i just haven't really taken the time to do so..Anyway this past weekend we celebrated Stephs birthday. (her birthday was yesterday..the big 18! haha.) We went to Red lobster. It was fun! =]

January has come to an end.

Well we have completed the first month of 2008. Its been pretty good.. january had its ups & downs. Hopefully Feburary will be even better! So whats new w/ me? Well I got my hair highlighted & cut on tuesday. I like it a lot. yepyep. =) Schools ok.. i just get tired of the long days on monday & wednesday..but ya gotta do what ya gotta do! At least i have tue & thur off. okie dokie i think thats about it for now. Hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the week and a terrific weekend!

Updates~!

sorry for not updating sooner! been busy as usual..lol. well this weekend I went and saw 27 dresses. its an awesome movie!! so that was the good part of the weekned..the bad part was that my parents car was stolen sunday afternoon.. I'm dead serious! My dad went to the gas station to get gas then went to get a newspaper and he was right there at the car.. he didn't think anything about it and left the keys in the car...well when he turned around the car was gone......we called the police and so far they haven't found it or the person who stole it... so for now we have a rental car.. i just hope and pray we'll find it!

So monday was a holiday and i just spent the day relaxing watcing movies and what not.. lol. Yesterday i spent most of the day working on something for my intro to family & marriage class. it was a pain in the butt but i finally got through w/ it! well last night i heard the shocking news that the actor heath ledger had died... its so sad.. :( he was sooo cute..and sooo young.. but hes in a better place now and no one will ever forget him!


As for today.. i was extremly tired since i didn't get much sleep last night. the reason i didn't get much sleep is b/c i was coughing... anyway i went to all my classes except for badmiten. I didn't figure i needed to play today since i've been coughing...lol. so i finally got home about 5:30 or 6 and then i watched american idol at 8..and now i'm on the computer and i'm fixin to get off and watch tv or something. lol.

I want to see some snow!

ok so you've probably come to the conclusion that I never update this anymore and you're right...lol. So monday I had 5 classes..how lovely... they were all ok i guess. i had a test in art and it was my first day in there. I thought it was going to be a voc test but it was also multiple choice...and guess what? I failed it. Big time.. :( but its not b/c i didn't study...umm i didn't know we had the multiple choice part...and i doubt she'll let me retake it.. :(oh well maybe i'll do better next time!So north ga got to see some snow but south ga didn't. we haven't seen snow in like forever! Its suppose to be FREEZING this weekend I'm we will get snow!wouldn't that be nice? haha. Well its a 3 day weekend(4 day for me since i don't have school on tuesday). I plan on sleeping in, hanging out w/ my friends and yeah gotta catch up on some work..lol. ok well i guess thats it for now? yeah... so toodles!!!

wow i can't believe its been almost a week since i last posted..lol. so i went to classes on wed...they were ok..I have education at 9, badmitten at 10, intro to marriage and family at 12, health at 1 and art appreciation at 3:30-4:45... then tue/thur i have no classes and fridyas i just have education and intro to marriage and family.

kk so i was suppose to start school today but i couldn't b/c my schedule is all messed up and still is..

Its FREEZING!

So break is almost over and im' not looking forward to going back to school..who is? lol. Anyway this week has been pretty good so far. Wednesday i babysat my cousins Cameron and Cadden from 9-3. I LOVE those kids! They're so full of energy but fun to be around! sure they have their moments where they misbehave but thats a kid for ya. Since its been FREEZING cold this week I went and got a winter coat. You know one of those big fluffy coats? yep thats what i got! probably won't get to where it much but hey I got it half of! and I lovvvee it! haha. I'm having hair problems. like i want to part my hair a diff way but for some reason i cant' get it to do right......ughh it sucks.. but i'll just keep working at it.. lol. I have no idea what im doing this weekend.. haven't event talked to my friends about it yet. We're getting Daisy spayed on Tuesday and Katie spayed within the next few weeks. My schedule is all messed up and i might go to one class on monday and then get my schedule straightened out after class.. i just hope i'll get the classes i want! lol.. ok sooo i guess thats it for now!
